At Saber Equipment Products Inc., we provide OEM and aftermarket heavy equipment parts sourced from trusted manufacturers. All warranty coverage for these parts is provided directly by the manufacturer.
Warranty policies are intended to protect your investment and provide peace of mind. In most cases, warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use and service conditions for a specified period. Warranty coverage may vary by manufacturer and product.
Manufacturer warranties are designed to protect your investment and cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a specified period. Coverage, terms, and duration vary by manufacturer, product type, and application. We recommend reviewing the warranty documentation provided with your parts and noting any exclusions or limitations.
To maintain warranty coverage, manufacturers typically require:
Proper installation by qualified personnel
Routine inspection and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended schedule
Operation within manufacturer-approved applications and operating conditions
All OEM parts are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by brand and product. Our team can provide the manufacturer’s warranty details and guide you through the claims process.
Our aftermarket parts are sourced from reputable manufacturers and include warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage terms and duration vary by product and supplier. Please contact us for specific warranty details.
Undercarriage components—including tracks, rollers, idlers, sprockets, and shoes—are subject to wear influenced by operating conditions and maintenance. Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials or workmanship but do not cover normal wear. Proper installation, alignment, and maintenance are essential for maximizing service life and maintaining warranty eligibility.
Warranties typically do not cover the following:
Normal wear or deterioration, even with proper use
Wear items, including undercarriage components, tires, cutting edges, bucket teeth, seals, and filters
Routine maintenance, such as oil changes, adjustments, and pressure checks
Improper use, including parts used in unapproved applications, modified equipment, or extreme operating conditions
Installation or maintenance errors, including failure to follow preventative maintenance schedules
Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, contamination, or tampering
Products that have been opened, disassembled, inspected, or modified
Removed or defaced serial numbers, date stamps, or identifying markings
Cosmetic concerns not related to defects in materials or workmanship
Consequential damages, including loss of use, downtime, or related expenses
All claims are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval and require proof of purchase. Our team is available to help facilitate communication with the manufacturer throughout the claim process.
While Saber Equipment Products Inc. does not provide warranties directly, we are committed to assisting you in navigating manufacturer warranties, ensuring you get the support needed to keep your equipment running efficiently. For full warranty details or assistance with a claim, please contact us.
